It has been a distinct pleasure to work with this agency and in particular with VIRGINIA KLEIN. Virginia has over 25 years experience in the insurance field and is very knowledgeable in all phases of insurance . She is very thorough and detail oriented and just as importantly is incredibly kind and patient in explaining all options available. She answers all questions no matter how mundane in a comprehensive easy to understand semantics. One gets the feeling that you are getting sincere individualized care and not cookie cutter or a template . Daniela Bartolone (Danni) was EXTREMELY helpful and professional! I highly recommend her if you have a ton of questions like I did. Despite my many questions, she always asked if there was anything else I had a question about!
