Isabella is very rude, and unprofessional. She told me “I should learn how to pay my bills” when I asked her why wasn’t I informed about a previous payment. She is rude every time I have spoken with her. I’ve been a customer of there’s for about 3 years. And she is the only one that is this rude everyone else is great. I also asked to speak to the manager which she didn’t put the manager on the phone she wanted to argue with me instead. Because of this they will loose a loyal customers. And she was the assistant manager

People at All star insurance are helpful and honest. The only reason why I am giving it 4/5 is because sometimes they don’t call you back when they say they would. After all, good insurance agency and the best prices I definitely recommend.

I been with them for a long time. The customer service has decline. They use to send you reminders for renewals and contact the client, but now they lack on calling back. Provide the service you really need, the help that you need for renewals. They had renewed me with giving the call back and information I wanted. I had no other choice.. I just renewed after chasing them down. I had to have my husband go to the office and that still did not work.. had to wait and keep calling them to get answers. It was not like this before. I just renewed but I am considering going else where.

The agent was very helpful when we first got there. Really seemed like she wanted our business. But when it was time to renew my policy there was no response at all. I emailed and called waiting for someone to contact me but nothing. Very unfortunate, a brokerage should be mainly about service and not just price but at this branch I believe they do neither.

Griselda is GREAT! She is quickly responsive. However I have called just about every day last week to inquire on a specific issue, I’ve spoke to two other people besides Griselda since Griselda has been out, the other two representatives have promised phone calls back on my inquiry and were very certain I would receive a call back on Thursday 06/03, Friday 06/04, SATURDAY MORNING 06/05, and today I called AGAIN 06/07, and I have not received no call or email with updates on the inquiry. They lack communication and in my opinion it is very unprofessional.
