I can’t say enough good things about Deb Mello at Dimmitt Insurance. Deb took the time to search for the best coverage at the best price and made the entire process simple and stress-free. What really stood out was her attention to detail and commitment to customer service. She even printed, cut out, and organized our insurance cards in holders so they were ready for my wife, daughter, and me. That level of care is rare these days. The service Deb provided is truly top-tier and sets the standard for the insurance industry. It’s refreshing to find someone who still believes in good old-fashioned customer service. We started using this company about a year ago for our business insurance. Andrew M. is always responsive and will assist with all questions, issues or concerns. We are now using them for a 2nd business location. We also like having a local office and they will even come to visit you on location!
