I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with your company, particularly with Ms. Ashley over the phone. Despite the assistance provided by Ms. Loretta, who helped me resolve issues with paying my car insurance, my interaction with Ms. Ashley was unprofessional and rude. The problems stemmed from the lengthy hold times and difficulty reaching available staff members when attempting to make payments. Since December 22nd, I have been trying to confirm the amount due on the first, which was only resolved after speaking with Ms. Loretta. Unfortunately, when I called back to make the payment, the office had closed at 3 o'clock. I called again today and was met with unacceptable behavior from Ms. Ashley. Given my frustration, I have requested to speak with the district manager and the branch supervisor, as I believe the tone and manner in which Ms. Ashley communicated with me were unprofessional. I emphasize the importance of courtesy and respect in customer interactions.
