***** My vehicle breaks down in a not so desirable area of my city.I called and spoke with Amelia. She stayed on the phone with me until I received all the information I needed for roadside assistance. (Which i highly suggest to add to your policy) Very fast and efficient. 5 stars for Amelia, for professionalism and kindness. Roadside dispatcher was extremely helpful and had my information ready and also was compassionate of my distress. They say it would be 120 minutes before I get towed. Lucky. The tow guy got to me within an hour! Super nice and very fast and efficient. All 3 individuals deserve a raise!! Makes me feel more at ease if this happens again (I'm sure it will because of my luck), that I have a breakdown crew that will assist me in the most efficient professional friendly way. 10 out of 10 for all around experience. 15 Stars for the 2 individuals that came to a lady in distress.

Nichole was a sweetheart and she helped me to find the best policy! I had a few hiccups with my WIFI and Nichole was happy to return my phone calls. She was very professional, very understanding, and very patient with me. A good policy keeps me happy, but excellent customer service keeps me coming back! I’m trying to write a good review for Kristen who works at the Pensacola office. She was so helpful. More helpful than a lot for people I’ve come across. The DMV people are literally harassing me and trying to scam me in any way they can, but Kristin was so helpful and it literally gave me a little relief.

Trevor did an amazing job at assisting me with my new insurance policy. He made sure to explain everything throughly, while being efficient. Just upbeat attitude and customer service, I’m so glad I switched over to State Farm.
