I dealt with Great Florida for well over twenty years and had 3 vehicles and a motorcycle. Joe made Great Florida great and he knew how to talk to people. Since he retired I had one conversation with Tara and I'm done with this agency. After our conversation i immediately signed up for a different agency and will be actively pricing a different future insurance carrier than Progressive. The encounter put a bad taste in my mouth. It should more accurately be called Bad Florida Insurance because it ruined my day! I don't have a lot of patience for snooty snotty know it alls. I'm done after well over 20 years as a faithful loyal customer. The Bible says that Jesus went about doing good and healing all.....(Acts 10:38) and they crucified Him. Jesus said if the world hate you know that it hated Him first (John 15:18). It's sad that the world and the people of it cause a mean cruel place. Its sad that faithful, pay their bills, deal honestly and cause no trouble people are sadly the ones so often mistreated by this fallen world. Good bye great Florida Insurance. May the past one to leave turn the lights off.
