I use Jack Russell Insurance with Nationwide, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Ashley is absolutely incredible. She is super friendly and makes you feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend instead of an insurance agent. From day one, she’s treated me like family—always warm, approachable, and genuinely looking out for my best interests. She’s also extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she responds quickly, explains everything clearly, and handles things without any hassle. She makes what can sometimes feel confusing or stressful (insurance!) feel simple and easy. If you think of the Flo character from the Progressive commercials—Ashley is that level of helpful and personable… but even better because she’s real, local, and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Jack Russell Insurance, and especially Ashley. She is the kind of person you want in your corner!
