Ericka listened attentively to my concerns perfectly. It was clear that they were knowledgeable and genuinely cared about ensuring I had a positive experience. Lacey Ellis is the best. Very friendly over phone and thru email. Worked to find the perfect insurance for me. I may have been asking alot but she helped me through it all. Very responsive and well mannered. Thank you Lacey for all you done.❤

Again, I am reposting my honest experience with this company -as they keep removing my comment, fine. I had 2 bad experiences with this same company. I can just drop agents names, but I'm not petty. Be very weary dealing with this company. They'll have agents that sound empathetic and might actually be, but down the line, you may find revisions to your policy or intricate information that may have been changed because YOU'RE not an insurance agent. Take it from me, if you want anything done right? Sometimes you should do it yourself. I just got MY OWN insurance reduced due MY diligence. That was my 2nd rodeo, my agent was supposed to get me a reduction in my auto coverage, claimed she did yet, when that first payment was due?! It was not what we discussed. Agencies are designed to help people that need help; if you're someone who cannot use a computer or handheld device. Now that I'm aware of this, just save your time and energy. MS. Allisa, is a very kind and compassionate Agent she pulls out all the stops to help ,she goes far and beyond to help .I haven’t seen a person like her in a long time if you want the best quotes and insurance PLEASE STOP BY TO SEE HER YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID .
