If I could give zero starts I would. We have used the Boyle Insurance group for over 30 years for our cars and our home. We just received a letter telling us they cancelled our policy due to the fact this is not our primary home. This is completely false! We purchased another home as a vacation home but this is still our primary residence. We have had very minimal claims over the years and there is no reason to cancel us. My husband just tried to explain this all to the agent Herb Pace. He was of no help, really awful customer service. He could care less. DO NOT do business with these people as this could happen to you.

The employees at Boyle Insurance were very helpful in transitioning both my automobile and homeowners insurance in a timely manner coordinating with my anniversary renewal date. Friendly and knowledgeable staff was also a big plus and I like the idea of dealing with a local agent.

Mr. Boyle is always pleasant and customer service driven. Offered us a better policy at a reduced rate when we weren't even looking. As a customer of this office for auto and homeowners insurances for more than 45 years, I can easily recommend Boyle!

Great customer service and Herb was and continues to be very helpful. Have spoken to several friends and told them to call Boyle (Herb) when they go on Medicare and to obtain Part G from Erie/Boyle.
