Do not go through them, I have had the worst experience ever since switching in April. To a fault of their agent Breanna, I am expected to pay $82 more than quoted and been paying since April because my proof of prior for the discount is not eligible because the 2 companies are partners!!! This has been a nightmare and you'd think that they would have helped, wrong answer, they passed me along and lied about contacting the supervisor. When I physically went in the office she finally reached out to him but no resolution for it aside from me paying an additional $82!!! Horrible experience and customer service, I will be cancelling ASAP and going with a legitimate insurance agent and company!!

Michelle was rude. I like going through the company, they make it simple. I just did not like my experience with her.

Kelly was very helpful she made sure I got the best rate for my vehicle. I made a review about AIS a while back saying it reeks of cigarettes but TODAY I went back after years and the place smelled fresh and the place was clean and I felt welcomed 😌 who'd does it better than the actual owners huh... THANK YOU KELLY DEAR FOR YOUR HELP TODAY 🖤

Customer service seemed nice if I would've been able to call sooner but since I called 20 minutes before close I had to call 4 times just to get an answer and was then told they had no time to talk about a quote. I get off work at 430 and ais closes at 5. If I can't call when I am working how else are y'all supposed to discuss my quote if you won't take the time before close. It's called customer service. Just because hours are 5. Doesn't mean you have to refuse calls at 430..... Not a very good experience today. 😢

I give Laura a big tumbs up , she is an amazing woman that knows here stuff and treats you wonderful, has then that way for the past 2 years and few years back I was with them also always made sure the customer was well taken care of . Now today I call and get a young girl by the name of Breanna (? spelling) and it was like I was bothering her . Man I hope this is not what is to come of this amazing company.
