Called and filed a complaint against this agency with the NH Insurance Department. Owner lied about filing my claim and delayed my car repair. He tried to get me to agree to let the at-fault driver pay out of pocket for the damage so the company he was driving for didn’t have an increase in premiums. Very questionable business practice… Not even a “one-star” rating.
