Terrible terrible terrible. Was with this agency for 5 years. Asked them to run my card for my monthly payment. Employee decided to run 2 months seeing my next payment was due in 4 days. I asked politely to NOT budget my finances for me & requested a refund as I did NOT authorize over $500 to be withdrawn. I received my refund & then without notice cancelled my insurance. No phone call, text or email! I think she should check her EGO at the door when she clocks in & retains a really talented attorney!

We recently worked with Sarah to switch our home and auto insurance and had a great experience. She explained everything clearly, made the process easy and helped us find better coverage while saving money! She was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Ran into Sarah and Monica at the mustang deli in Marcellus, and was blown away by their professionalism. After some chatting while getting our pastrami sandwiches, they mentioned they were in insurance and I asked if they could beat it. Right there, I was educated on what I was missing on my current policy, and told me how they could improve it, to keep me a safe New York State driver. Sarah did a quote and was actually surprised how quick she did her job. They deserve raises!

Just had the pleasure of chatting with agent Nick Filippi regarding my auto and house insurance, He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I'm still in shock over how much money he is saving me by switching insurance companies. I highly recommend their agency and Nick in particular! I'm eternally grateful!
