Having a policy through this company has been the complete opposite of any other insurance companies I’ve dealt with. there has been plenty of times I’ve had to call with very stressful situations, but they have always been so kind,understanding, And just down to earth. Every month I call to pay my bill it’s the same shit . It’s always a long wait timing . And they take for ever just to answer the phone . And it’s very frustrating and annoying to the customers . They need to have more workers to work and answer the phone in there it can’t be that hard . It honestly need to be a way we pay online instead of dealing with this all the time .
