The agents who helped me were very nice, I'm sure they got me the lowest rate possible. I needed coverage on four vehicles. The representative who got me a quote and started my policy even stayed almost an hour past 5pm and not once did she rush me or hurry me. She stayed on the line with me the whole time, from taking pictures to comply w the requirements of my full coverage vehicle, and through getting pictures of our i.d.'s , and a couple other documents that were needed. All this was done via text and was so much easier than any other insurance co. I've used in the past. Im very happy with my policy price and even more so with the friendliness and competence of the insurance agent that helped me get the least expensive coverage possible. Also they did not ask nearly as many personal questions as the other companies, in fact looking back on it makes me realize how none of those questions were nessasary and probably borderline illegal if they were used to effect the price and stature of the coverage they claimed i was eligible for!! This is a great local company and I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a good bargain on auto insurance and a personable staff that treats you on a one on one basis!
