Hortencia deserves a huge raise, if your take the time during the quote Hortencia will definitely show savings. Excellent work was shown a huge difference from last quote starting and was able to move my insurance agencies accordingly. This Gal deserves a raise including the fact I was over anxious and was able to keep the conversation professional
