Jena went above and beyond for me!! My current insurance had gone up to $1200 a month! This was extreme for me plus my car payment equal to a mortgage payment! This was immensely high and I didn’t know how I was going to make ends meet! So I was referred to LeDoux by previous customers who had a great experience and outcome. So I called to get some quotes and to my surprise Jena made it happen! $400 a month was a piece of cake for me!! She was extremely helpful and super sweet. Made the process so easy and smooth! Definitely recommend LeDoux to anyone looking for insurance assistance. Jena thank you! You were my angel in a time of desperation.

I called to ask about Medicare, but all I got was a gentelman saying he didn't want to talk me. Very unprofessional especially since this was the first time I had contacted the company. Apology accepted.

I was in a situation where it was a real challenge to get insurance.I contacted several insurance agencies. Only a handful responded to my email. As the agents discovered that it would be a real challenge to get insurance for me they stopped trying to. With the exception of Sarah Anderson, an agent for LeDoux Insurance Agency. Sarah embraced the challenge. She spent a lot of time working with underwriters to get me insurance. She followed through and ultimately, managed to find an insurer for me. In addition, she expressed sympathy regarding my situation. She conducted herself in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the service that she provided to me. I am currently a customer of LeDoux Insurance Agency and I will be in the future. I am very satisfied with the service I have received.
