Kim & staff are always quick to respond to questions, phone calls, & emails. They stay in touch with you on a regular basis to make sure you have adequate coverage on your home, cars, etc. I have been with this agency since 1993 & have always been happy with their service.

Kimberly was very helpful when I wanted to add home and auto insurance and was not pushy or tried to up sell me when I was choosing options. She also handled registering new cars under my insurance quickly when we traded cars.
