I will never use Lapay Allstate Agency again. They care more about their commissions than their clients. I was trying for 3 days to increase my policy and keep getting the run around by my agent Jason Winn, the Manager Glenda and the front desk person who were all completely untrustworthy. I called Allstate directly and they gave me twice the coverage at half the price. I will never use Landon Papay agency again. All they care about is their paycheck. They don’t care about their customers and completely disregarded my needs.

Jason Winn is awsome. He is extremely polite, respectful, and informative. The man really care about the customer. He helped my brother. And did an awesome job. So then I tried my luck. And he helped me save about $200 on car insurance. Might I add that I have been on the fence about changing my insurance for months now. But he made the process so much easier. He'd be the poster guy of good customer service 😁. I would and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
