Worked with Alon Pesso to get insurance for my portfolio of rental properties. Insurance market in California right now is very tough and there are very limited markets. Alon and elite one Insurance services went above and beyond to shop every carrier they could and explain the different coverages each carrier was offering. Overall, I was very happy with how responsive they were, and how they took the extra time to answer any questions I had, and to make sure I understood all of the quotes and coverages. Allon Pesso was nice enough on the phone, however, I found them to ignore you and be none response. Even after you inform them you want to be come a client. They gave me the run around and wouldn’t asnwer some basic question, when I wanted to shop out car insurance. Also they still have yet to give me a quote. Just felt weird chasing someone and saying you want to give them business and they seem to be to busy to accept your money 🤔
