I had a great experience with Auto International Insurance. Laura was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend both Laura and Auto International Insurance!

Worst service I've ever seen. I went to renew my registration and pay for my license plates, and when I arrived, everyone was like they were at a girls' night in. They just stared at me, and no one wanted to help me, even though there were tons of employees at their desks. Finally, a girl helped me who didn't know how to use the system. She even called for help but couldn't assist me and then told me the DMV system wasn't working. I went there to pay for a service, not to get it done for free. Avoid this place; sometimes trying to save a few minutes ends up costing you more. I'd be better off going to the DMV and sorting everything out there.
