Really glad I was helped out by Tony today. I called Amax a few days before I spoke with Tony and I was helped out by a different representative. That representative unfortunately failed to give me crucial information which would’ve made a great difference in my payments. Thankfully, I didn’t create a plan with him, and instead I waited to initiate a plan a few days later. Tony made sure I was given options and made sure I was informed of every detail regarding my payment plan. Incredible service.
