Experienced great customer service by Brenda and the worst customer service by Vanessa. I would recommend this establishment to all my friends and family for sure, only if Brenda is there, so call in before you go and find out if Brenda is available.She knows how to take care of you and always goes above and beyond, steer clear of Vanessa. Vanessa sold me towing service for my insurance when i thought i was getting roadside assistance. Brenda cleared it up next day though, thank you Brenda.

Were do I began to explain how amazing Brenda Orellana at Hammer insurance is to me and my family. I was purchasing a new car and the dealership needed my insurance asap but how could I find affordable insurance when I was so crunched for time. That's when Brenda found me a reasonable monthly price and down payment immediately and once everything was said and done she broke down exactly what everything meant. She took her time and raced against time when I needed she was everything I needed and I don't like insurance but because of her I see the purpose of insurance. I’m traveling to Mexico and required Mexican insurance. Brenda Orellana made it fast and simple. She went above and beyond helping me out since I was having issues with the car financial company giving me a permit to take my vehicle out of state. She helped me fax the papers needed several times since the financial company was having issues. She did everything in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend her if you are going to purchase any type of insurance . I can’t thank her enough for easing this stressful process.
