The Department of Insurance knows about this company. I reported ezone to the Department of Insurance because they were trying to charge me renewal fees when I paid the renewal fees directly to the insurance company itself. And since I did not pay ezone the renewal fees they would not allow me to cancel the policy on a car that I had no longer have. So they were contacted by the Department of Insurance and I was able to cancel the policy with no charges.

Horrible business practices. A bunch of lying brokers. Constantly increasing brokerage fees without any warning. After renewing with the same company I get charged late-fees and cancelations because they stopped my auto-pay without telling me and insist that auto-pay was never a thing, when I had auto-pay for years prior. After switching to Geico (no brokers), and Vince specifically telling me he will cancel my insurance due to mutual occurrences of lies and bad business practices, he didn't. Now they are trying to send a debt collection for a $56 late fee and only canceled my insurance after "non-payment".. AVOID THESE SHADY BROKERS AT ALL COST! I will be reporting the company and Bothe Huda and Vince to the BBB and the CA Department of Insurance for their business practices.

I had put a stop payment through my bank because I needed to get through to an agent at National General Insurance to let them know I don't have that car anymore. Since I put a stop payment, Ezone insurance took it upon themselves to charge my debit card online instead of my checking account due to the stop payment. National General Insurance confirmed over the phone that it wasn't them that charged my card so it was definitely Ezone insurance. National General said that I legally had 60 days to make a payment but that didn't matter to Ezone. When I called to talk about this matter..the manager didn't wanna be recorded speaking about it and did not care at all about why I was upset. He just wanted to make sure he wasn't being recorded as he repeatedly asked me. He kept telling me I had to pay $100 cancelation fee for cancelling "midterm". My policy was set to expire the next month so it wasn't midterm. Also, why do u care about taking more money from me when you should of never taken any payment from my card at all. The man said he would call me back to confirm it was his company that took my money but a week later..still no phone call..just more text messages about how I need to pay the $100 or renew my policy so the remaining balance doesn't get sent to collections..smh!! Very unprofessional and very rude ! I will tell everyone searching for car insurance not to go through Ezone! DONT DO IT!!
