I was referred to Mo by my uncle and it was the best decision for my insurance needs. He is so easy to work with, gets me the best prices and his communication is great! It's so helpful to be able to remove and add vehicles over text, sign online and receive my insurance card within in seconds. I can text Mo at any time and I know he is going to care of what ever I throw at him. I've recommended him to so many and they are all as happy as I am. I highly recommend getting in contact with Mo!

Ive been using this company for over 15 years for my personal and business needs, never had an issue. Suddenly they hire a less than competent person named Daniel that has no customer service experience or ability to communicate in a friendly manner. He gave me one of the rudest, most unprofessional experiences i've ever had with any business. Not only did he sound like he was brought in from a less than adequate place, he admitted that he had only been there a few days. I asked to speak to his superior, he refused and denied the possibility to talk to anyone else. I called back a few moments later, only to be treated with more disrespect. I waited a little longer and called back to finally get his supervisor Imad Farah aka Matt. If condescending had a person attached to the definition, it would be Matt. Please find elsewhere to do business, from a customer that has been loyal for many years, to a customer that knows where his business isn't appreciated.

Myra is so unprofessional she is rude on the phone . She called me stating that my policy was canceled and that I needed to pay and cancellation fee. When I called the actual Insurance carrier they said she was wrong and My policy was still active. I am no longer going to be doing business with them because of MYRA . Overcharging people just because they can.
