1 star. In my experience, pricing did not feel transparent, and the customer service was inconsistent at best. The office atmosphere often felt unprofessional, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. I also noticed many reviews seem to follow a similar pattern which is why I opted to give this company a try. In the end, it made me question if that accurately reflects the overall customer experience, I would not recommend doing business here.
