Terrible communication. The rep who signed me up assured me my diabetic supplies and insulin would be covered. I go to the pharmacy and they tell me its going to cost me over $1000 for a 28 day supply.... I spent HOURS on the phone and being transferred to multiple people and still, my plan is not canceled and I've been billed again!!! Do not trust these people with your bank info or time.
