I would highly recommend Joan McClintock for anyone who's looking to obtain comprehensive insurance coverage. In our case, we were pricing out auto, home, and umbrella across multiple insurance agencies, and a specific agency came in with the cheapest total cost.
Surprisingly, within a very short period, that agency unceremoniously withdrew our home insurance unless we agreed to obtain a brand new roof (the roof was towards the end of its life but still functioning perfectly well). Then the dominoes began to cascade--with no homeowner's insurance, they wouldn't provide umbrella anymore, etc.
In our hour of need, Joan was the only one who came through with a still-competitive price with a different insurance provider that would actually give us the ability to pass inspection and have homeowner's insurance with no lapse in coverage. She worked tirelessly to ensure we were fully supported in home, auto, and umbrella coverage.
I'm deeply grateful that Joan was there for us, and eagerly encourage others to work with her.
