I had a great experience with La Familia as a new customer. I had been comparing different companies all week. They were very willing to work me as far finding reasonable prices and even making wiggle room for down payments. You can tell they appreciate their customers based on how far they are willing to work with your personal situation. Jonathan was my sales agent and he did a good being patient with my back and forth calls and indecisiveness!

I called in and wanted to know my renewal price and how much I would be paying after renewal Viviana was so helpful and nice excellent customer service throughout the entire process. If I would have renewed it would have went up about $40 dollars I advised her I thought I was already paying a lot that’s already not in my budget. She then offered to help me find something cheaper which she did with the assistance from her bosses to make sure they could find me a better rate. Which she did find me something under $200 which now saves me about $75-80 a month. It’s hard to find good customer service she went above and beyond I was satisfied after the call. Thank you so much again for all your help Viviana.
