Lewis from Amax has been an outstanding person in customer service he goes above and beyond to help me with any questions I have, and searches for the best payment options he can find and he's so easy to work with.. he's one of the few who doesn't gives me anxiety, which is a big relief.. They charged me 300 to start full coverage and 243 a month after ! Never got in a wreck and haven’t got a ticket in years !! Had them for 2 months and went to progressive! Best choice I made !Progressive was way cheaper to start with them and my monthly payment 80 dollars cheaper for full coverage !

Very poor experience. The first time I called, they told me to wait one second and then hung up on me after about two minutes. When I called back immediately, they apologized but told me to wait again. I waited for almost ten minutes with no help or assistance before I finally ended the call. They may have good rates, but the customer service was bad.

Avoid A MAX insurance at all costs. These people dont know how to conduct business, they have no concept of customer service. Further ore they dont care about you as the customer at all. They neglected paperwork, neglected to call to notify of lapse in coverage. When confronted with their mistake they made the most minescule effort to resolve the issue. As far as im concerned these folks are a joke.
