I had a horrible experience with Luz Ortiz Insurance Agency. When I called to inquire about updating my auto insurance policy, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. When she finally answered,incredibly rude and dismissive. She is seemed annoyed by my questions and provided unclear and contradictory information. She was unhelpful and seemed more interested in ending the conversation quickly than in addressing my concerns. She offered no apology for the delays or the rude behavior. In the end, my policy issue was not resolved, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would not recommend Luz Ortiz Insurance Agency to anyone looking for professional and courteous service.

This place is a JOKE! My mother had insurance with them for YEARS! As a THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR BUSINESS, they drop her house insurance because the "house is vacant" while she undergoes therapy after major surgery!!! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! Needless to say, they WONT BE GETTING ANY MORE BUSINESS OF ANYKIND FROM US!!!

Was very rude. Yelled at us for not having knowledge of how to care for there customer. Customer hit something and wanted me to commit warranty fraud and repair.
