Horrible service. Came to this office with a friend to help her understand the insurance options. Lady at the front desk can’t or rather will not even explain coverage. When I asked her about the coverage and how she came up with the price for the year she would not give any information. After explaining she was required to explain coverage she became very upset. It has been almost 3 weeks she has yet to return calls for the quote even after promising she would get back next day. All this occurred after there was a failure to help customers make payments resulting in cancellation of insurance. Would not trust this place at all.
