I had an incredible experience with Rana. We were in the middle of a claim, which is usually a total headache, but Rana took the time out of his busy day to personally step in and aid us through the entire process.Not only did he help us get our claim sorted out, but he also took the initiative to look at our existing policy and ended up getting us much better insurance than we had before. It’s rare to find someone who doesn't just do the bare minimum, but actually looks out for your best interests to make sure you're better protected for the future.

Initially they made it easy. After one month of service I got no curtesy reminder of payment. Just a cancellation of policy notice. They wanted to charge a late fee. A service fee. And a credit card fee. Would not recommend.
