They are very rude and before I signed any paper work I decided to pull out of my decision they took my money and wouldn’t give it back and I had cash… seen where they put it and they try to tell me that if I want it back it’s a process ……. Like what ? I just gave you cash seen where you put it at and now it’s a process I haven’t even signed the policy yet so therefore I should be able to get my money back …… they’re thirsty for your money and gonna make it hard for your dealer to come in contact w them don’t go here go someowhere else fr , it’s not even the cheapest quote you can get .
