Winston and his family have been protecting my family for many years. They work tirelessly to find us the lowest possible rates. When we face financial hardships they are there to help us get over the hump. Judy is so quick to respond to any concerns and will walk me through all the details. Winston Jr. is just as friendly and helpful as his parents. And when the worst happens, a car accident, they are there for me every step of the way. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I dreaded going in to get a quote for car insurance, I knew I was going to be there for a long time, nodding my head, like I understood all the insurance talk, AND, end up paying a lot. Marcy Blandon was the agent that helped me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She was very sweet, very helpful, and VERY patient. She explained everything to me, and again when I asked, and had me out of there in about 30 min. AND, best of all, got me a policy for half of what I was expecting. She really made it easy on me, if you’re looking at reviews, before going in, like I do, don’t waste your time, make this your first stop. Ask for Marcy, she’s great!

I went online for an insurance quote and I received a call that I ignored of course lol cause i didn't recognize the number and who calls now a days 🤷🏽‍♂️ Marci ended up sending me a text, telling me she had a few insurance options she wanted to go over with me. I was extremely nervous that I would be taken advantage or get something I didn’t need from talking to an insurance rep. but I was also really needed insurance and was in a huge bind. When I called her back, she was so helpful and nice. She gave me great options that were cheaper than I expected. I was expecting to get insurance at $200.00 a month. She ended up getting me the very best deal and policy I could ask for. I’m almost paying a quarter of what I initially thought I would pay. Marci is my favorite insurance representative I’ve ever with. Marci was so helpful and great! 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience and great customer service was provided by a young woman named Marcy in the baseline office. She was quick to find me quotes with the best deals, while other brokers took forever and sounded like they were uninterested in helping me. I will continue to do business with them from now on. Thank you Marcy, for saving me a lot of time and money.

I just want to say that I gave Aims five stars ✨ only because there is no option to give them 10, other wise I would have rated them a 10! There is one person whom I believe is one of the greatest asset to the Aims Insurance company and her name is Marcy. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best quote possible. Marcy truly exemplifies what customer service should be like! So if your looking for insurance, don’t hesitate and give them a call, and don’t forget to ask for Marcy.
