Had a horrible experience after purchasing a policy for less than 20 days I simply asked my agent Esmeralda Mejia if I could receive a copy of the expenses paid since it all added up to $963 dollars and the prorated payment I received was only 90$, and was told to look through my paperwork which I already had. After asking her again how I could see a breakdown of expenses she proceeded to no longer respond to my messages for over a month until I finally told her I was going to dispute the charge!! Why did I even have to jump through those hoops to receive simple copies of MY money spent with this agency ??
