Worst company ever! Do not come and get this insurance for your car. I was involved in a hit and run and this company along with the insurance broker from this place did everything they could to not help me with the damages of my car and canceled our policy. Saying we gave false information when they never asked us anything about it and the broker Nana told us to lie about the information which we never did. They are very shady and if you are involved in a hit and run and don’t have details of the other car, they will do anything to not help you pay the damages of your car. DO NOT GO THERE. GENERAL NATIONAL INSURANCE IS A SCAM.

just got my license finally.. went to this office as a recommendation from my coworker and they have a special rate for newly licensed drivers.. got me an awesome deal, make sure you ask for nana, she is nice and she helped me with the payment. I do wanna sound like I am making advertising :) but they have like a DMV service they gave me 2016 tags for my registration.

I drove to CA from TN Sep 2012 and for 5 months I went through hell with my vehicle. I received tickets left and right and my nightmare got worse when I got in a car wreck in Nov 2012 that I was at fault for. My insurance cost skyrocket and I had to park my vehicle. After taking the bus and riding my bicycle for two month’s I could not take it any more and desperately wanted to drive. I took a chance and shopped around for other carriers until I stumbled against a great and upcoming small agency called El General Center and Insurance service in San Fernando Valley. I went from $128 a month for liability with Travelers insurance to $67 per month infinity insurance. If you want an insurance company that will work with you and give you the coverage you deserve at the right price then El General Insurance is the right insurance for you. Ask for Nana William. If you want a deal similar to what I have make sure you mention Jean Massena.
