My daughter and son have used their services. I was with them. I must say that the lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile and promptly had us to fill out the paperwork. Then got us in to see a very knowledgeable agent.. The agent was very efficient and promptly thanked us for our business. We definitely recommend the company

For most of the time that we lived in Abilene, almost 7 years, this insurance company took care of us. When our insurance was up for renewal, they were wonderful about calling us and telling us where they found cheaper or comparable rates for us with other companies they carried. Always a friendly atmosphere, they work hard at getting to know their customers. I always went in to pay my insurance payment, and rarely did I have to wait. Good people! Great service!
