The lady was very nice, she helped us quick and easy. Also was able to do it manually so we can get it rest done faster. Might I add she was beautiful 😍

For about a couple of months they never answer the phone or when they do they hang up. I go to the office and they are either away from their desk or closed. What kind of customer service do they have? Por unos meses Nunca contestan el telefono. Y si lo contestan cuelgan rapido. Nunca estan en la oficina. They need to hire someone like MAGGIE to work there.

So my insurance renewal was due and they upped to my insurance like crazy and told me they were gonna look around for me never called me back so I started looking around myself and I found a smoking deal with another company and I called this company back to let them know and ask them what I needed to do or if I needed to let them know that I was not going to renew with them And they hung up on me. I was with this company for like two or three years And they were great, but all of a sudden, I don’t know if it had a switch in people or what but I do not recommend this company anymore. I Recommend Fast Insurance In Mesa honestly they’re very kind and they do anything and everything to help you get the best deal And if you can’t afford to pay something, they help you out big time so today I paid a certain amount and then in a week or two they’re gonna let me pay the last $50 of it go to fast insurance

I want to give a big shout out to Maggie and Access Auto Insurance for the great service in the last 4 years! They have always given me the best rates and really appreciate all their help over the years. Till’ my next renewal…Thanks!
